ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The workshop will bring together experimentalists and theorists working on Dark Matter physics, with the aim to have an in-depth discussion of future avenues to detect DM. The focus will be on light Dark Matter and to identify the most promising avenues to detect DM. The workshop will include informal discussion sessions.
The workshop will take place at the Hagoshrim Resort Hotel in Hagoshrim Kibbutz in the Northern Galilee, which will allow for a quiet, beautiful, and informal setting. A few invited talks and discussion panels are planned each day, leaving ample time for intimate discussions. Emphasis will be put on free time for informal sessions and collaboration.
Registration:
A registration fee of $100 ($150 if paid after April 28, 2015) will cover the round trip between Tel Aviv and Hagoshrim Kibbutz, as well as several attractions and social activites that will take place during the conference:

Touring the Jordan Valley, the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights.

Hiking the ine beautiful Northern Galilee.

Wine and Beer tasting in the Western Galilee.

Special conference dinner.
The registration fee for accompanying persons is $50 ($100 if paid after April 28, 2015).

Accommodation:
The Hagoshrim Resort Hotel will offer special prices for workshop participants (half board service).
Two types of rooms are available (standard or boutique) - please refer to the hotel website for details.
One particapant in a single room, 4 nights - 2450 NIS
One particapant in a single boutique room, 4 nights - 3270 NIS
One particapant in a double/twin room, 4 nights - 1570 NIS
One particapant in a double/twin boutique room, 4 nights - 1940 NIS
Prices do not include VAT (only Israeli participants will be charged VAT).
All other meals and expenses will be covered by the workshop.
For booking a room at Hagoshrim Resort Hotel, please register and pay either online or via a bank transfer.
The Maxim Hotel and Orchidea Hotel in Tel Aviv will offer special prices for workshop participants in need of accomodation for the nights of the 27/05 and 01/06. If you require such accommodation, book at the hotel of your choice via the links above and inform them that you are a workshop participant.
Schedule:
There will be a bus transfer leaving from Tel Aviv (Maxim and Orchidea Hotels) at 08:00 on 28/05/15.
We will return to Tel Aviv via bus at 16:00 on 01/06/15.
Participants unable to arrive or leave with the organized buses should contact us and we will help with arranging the transportation.
